EXPRESS SHIPPING

If your order is urgent and you need delivery by an exact date, we encourage you to select 1 or 2 business day shipping at the checkout.

We have added real-time shipping quotes and due to your continued support, we have been able to secure super low express rates. 

Most Express orders placed before 12PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the same day.  Express orders placed after 12PM Pacific Standard Time will ship out the next business day.

  


AVAILABILITY

We stock everything we sell, so most orders are shipped either SAME DAY or within 1 business day of receiving payment. Once shipped, transit time via Fedex Ground is generally 1-5 business days depending on your distance from California. If your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, transit time is generally 1-3 business days. Orders within California will only take 1-2 business days. (Note: Transit times are only estimates and not guaranteed. Only Fedex Express shipping services have guaranteed delivery dates). If you need your order on or before a specific date, we recommend that you contact us for an upgrade to Express shipping. You will be notified by phone or email should there be any delays with your order. In order to ensure smooth processing, we strongly recommend that you use the same address for both shipping and billing otherwise your order could be delayed for further verification.



RUSH PROCESSING

To help ensure an urgent order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, AllstarWholesales.com offers a Rush Processing option for orders placed before 3PM Pacific Standard Time. This option costs a small additional fee, and Allstar Wholesales will put forth its best efforts to ensure your package leaves our warehouse that day. However we can never guarantee same-day shipping on any order. If we fail to ship your order on the same day it was placed, the rush  processing fee will AUTOMATICALLY be refunded.

SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE U.S.

 

  • Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1 business day via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Please email, chat, or call us prior to ordering if you have a preference for which carrier you would like to use.
  • Expedited Shipping - 2-Day, 3-Day, Overnight, and Saturday Delivery shipping services are available. Simply input your zip code on the shopping cart page to check FedEx Express rates. SAME DAY shipping is available for most Express orders placed before 12PM Pacific Standard Time. We do our best to rush out every Express order the same day it is placed.
  • USPS Priority/Air shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. If the shipping cost for your order is more than the standard shipping rate, your order will be placed on hold and we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email.
  • APO/FPO or PO Box addresses will be delivered by USPS only. UPS & FEDEX can NOT deliver to PO Boxes!
  • Address Correction: Customers will be charged a nonrefundable $15.00 address correction fee if an incorrect shipping address is provided to us and the order is shipped out. This fee is waived if we are able to correct the address BEFORE shipment. We need to charge this fee because UPS/FEDEX charges us to change the delivery address once packages are in transit. USPS will send packages back to us if the address is undeliverable and we must pay to reship the order out again. In the event that an address correction fee is charged, you will be notified via email or phone.
  • Signatures will be required for all orders over $250 in value. For orders less than $250 in value, no signature will be required. If you live in an area that receives a lot of walk-by traffic or if you've had a problem with lost packages in the past, we recommend that you call, email, or chat with us to put signature required on your package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Shipping Insurance - We HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing shipping insurance. AllstarWholesales is not responsible for shipping damages or lost packages. In the rare case that there is an issue, we will submit a damaged or lost package claim with the carrier on your behalf. Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to the carrier within 3 business days.
  • Tracking Numbers will automatically be emailed to the email address you provide to us within 24 hours of shipment. Often times, these emails get redirected to junk mail folders so please check prior to emailing us requesting a tracking #.
  • All items are professionally packed to ensure safe shipment.
  • In the event that an item you order is unavailable, we will notify you either by phone or email.

    SHIPMENTS TO CANADA

  • Please email, chat, or call us toll free at 1-866-360-4646 to order.
  • USPS Priority Mail International for Canada shipments. Express shipping is available as well.  Please call, chat, or email us for a quote.
  • Customers will be responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs and brokerage fees.
  • Shipments to Canada will generally incur an additional shipping charge. If the shipping cost for your order is more than the standard shipping rate, your order will be placed on hold and we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email.



    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
    For shipments outside of the U.S., please chat, email, or call us for a quote. For international shipments, the recipient will be responsible for all applicable duties, taxes and customs fees.


    SALES TAX
    NO SALES TAX! All out of state orders will be TAX FREE. For orders within California, tax is actually included in the price since we are required by law to collect sales tax on shipments within California.

    RETURN POLICY
    All sales are final. If the merchandise is defective we will supply you with a replacement. No refunds, exchanges, or credits. Defective items or content discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by email or phone. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to us and we will pay for return shipping via standard shipping. We can ship the replacement back via expedited shipping, however you will be responsible for any cost exceeding that of ground/standard shipping. You must contact us for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to shipping ANY items back. Packages without an RMA # will be refused and rejected. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item(s) must be shipped back in brand-new condition and properly packed. IMPORTANT: Please make sure to fully troubleshoot all problems and contact the manufacturer and/or forum support sites for help before contacting us for an exchange. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at the buyer's expense and are also subject to a $20 tech fee. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit so please remember to use a reputable carrier that provides a tracking number.

    Foreign Country Return Policy

    Our foreign return/exchange policy is based on a case by case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, custom fees, and taxes; we will do our best to accommodate such a request within our discretion but at the same time keeping you, the customer satisfied.
